I carve a variety of types of trays including cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cheese trays and serving platters. Depending on the piece, I include detailed carvings to enhance the beauty of the piece. The smaller pieces are specifically meant to be used for cutting boards. Continual use only makes them more attractive. Knife marks can largely be erased by rubbing on a little bit of vegetable oil.
